  Coming Soon:  SierraTech will be adding a support web site for troubleshooting your browsers and e-mail problems.  It will discuss account management issues when adding additional e-mail accounts in your e-mail client.  This site will be dedicated to both our customers, and to the general public.  An abbreviated list of some of the planned topics are listed below:
  
  • Outlook and Outlook Express e-mail account setup and "Inbox Assistance" for directing and filtering  your e-mail into specific folders.
  • Solving web page Caching issues you have been living with in Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 and newer release (you may not even be aware of the problems this causes).
  • Internet Explorer Setup to enjoy web sites interactivity, while maintaining personal security.
  • Using Newsgroups efficiently, and how to reduce unwanted spam in your e-mail.
  • Using Netscape effectively.
